Laura leads FLAG DV’s strategy, governance, partnerships and service development. She works closely with the Board, staff team, funders and partner agencies to ensure FLAG DV remains focused on accessible, specialist support for survivors navigating family law and family court.

Lynne Cumming
Director of Operations
Lynne plays a key role in the leadership and development of FLAG DV’s services. Alongside overseeing day-to-day operations, she leads our volunteer programme and works closely with our network of volunteer solicitors to strengthen and grow our free family law advice service.
She is responsible for building relationships with legal professionals, supporting volunteer recruitment and retention, and ensuring that survivors can continue to access high-quality legal advice when they need it most. She also oversees organisational systems, partnerships and service development, helping FLAG DV remain responsive to the changing needs of survivors and the communities we serve

Hayley Tarrant
Service Manager
Hayley leads the delivery of FLAG DV’s frontline services, ensuring survivors receive safe, effective and trauma-informed support. As Safeguarding Lead, she oversees safeguarding practice across the organisation and provides guidance and support to staff when safeguarding concerns arise.
She is responsible for the day-to-day management and quality assurance of FLAG DV’s support services, including our Legal Advice Clinics, Family Court Support Service and the Breaking the Fear programme. She works closely with staff, volunteers and partner agencies to ensure survivors receive consistent, accessible and high-quality support.
Alongside her management responsibilities, she maintains her own caseload and works directly with clients, bringing valuable frontline experience to the leadership and development of our services.
