Purpose of the Role:
The Service Administrator plays an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day administration of FLAG DV’s frontline services.
The postholder will provide coordinated administrative support across all three areas of delivery:
- Free Legal Advice Service
- Family Court Support Service
- Breaking the Fear Programme
The role focuses on ensuring clients, partner agencies, volunteers, and staff receive timely communication and organised administrative support throughout their engagement with the service.
This role is not a frontline support worker position and does not provide direct advice or advocacy. However, the postholder will regularly communicate with survivors of domestic abuse and professionals, requiring a professional, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach.
This is a digitally delivered administrative role requiring confidence working across multiple online systems and platforms as part of a fast-paced frontline service.
This position provides a strong foundation for professional development, with opportunities for progression available in line with organisational needs and individual aspirations.
