The Service Manager:
FLAG DV is looking for a compassionate and confident leader to drive impact for survivors of domestic abuse. As our new Service Manager, you’ll combine frontline support with team leadership — shaping our Legal Advice Clinic and Court Support Services while making a real difference in the lives of those navigating the family court system.
This is a brand-new role with space to grow, supported with a strong leadership team and backed by a trauma-informed culture. You’ll manage a small team, hold a caseload, and act as Designated Safeguarding Lead — with training, supervision, and flexibility built in.
This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in domestic abuse or legal support services, looking to take their leadership to the next level. If you’ve already managed people, services or safeguarding — even in a smaller capacity — and are ready to lead with purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
