Breaking the Fear is a free, facilitated group programme designed to help survivors better understand Family Court proceedings, feel more prepared for hearings, and develop practical strategies for managing the emotional impact of court involvement.

Delivered over four structured online sessions, the programme combines information, practical tools, emotional support, and shared learning within a safe and trauma-informed environment.

You do not need to share personal experiences to take part.
