Since 2020, demand for specialist family law advice for survivors of domestic abuse has grown steadily across our service areas.
More individuals are navigating complex family court proceedings without representation. Access to clear, structured legal advice remains critical to ensuring safer and fairer outcomes.
FLAG DV has expanded its reach in response to this sustained growth in need. However, maintaining safe waiting times, structured appointments and consistent access requires secure, diversified income.
This reflects a structural shift in access to justice.
